60-Day Refund Guarantee
Check the refund policy before choosing a plan, just as you would check the price. VPNFile offers a 60-day refund guarantee; see the Terms of Service for applicable rules. The pricing table, plan cards and billing FAQs on this page all use the same refund terms.
To request a refund, sign in to the user dashboard and open the ticket page. Clearly state that you’re requesting a refund and include the relevant order details. Check that the order belongs to your account and keep the necessary payment receipt. If more information is needed, continue the conversation in the same ticket so the details stay together.
You don’t need to complete extensive connection troubleshooting before requesting a refund. If you’d also like help resolving a usage issue, describe your device platform, the message shown by the client, the region you selected and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Don’t share passwords or full subscription links in screenshots or ticket messages.
After submitting your request, track its progress through the ticket system. Payment methods and order status may affect the review process; this page does not promise a processing time. If you paid twice or have questions about an amount, keep the relevant records and explain the situation in your ticket. Don’t assess separate orders as if they were one.
